Changes to SMCA Executive

The faces may be the same but there were some changes to SMCA Executive after the AGM.
Graham Santich remains as President, his eighth straight year at the top. Paul Speering moves to Senior Vice President and Mario Baeli becomes Junior Vice President. Scott Knight is back to the committee alongside Ian Hale.
