The Panel found the charge proved, as Mr McKrill had pleaded guilty, but found there were mitigating circumstances, including an earlier incident involving a catch on the boundary and un necessary comments from Cockburn players and spectators, which while they didn't absolve McKrill of making his remarks, contributed to his outburst.
