Senior Coach Wanted - Kardinya Lakes

The club has a very diverse portfolio of teams and expects to have 5 Senior Men’s teams in the South Metropolitan Cricket Association in both 2 and 1-day formats, a Women’s team in the WACA Perth Scorchers Women’s League, and 2 teams participating in the WACA Integrated Cricket League.

The committee is keen to progress and develop the club further and is looking for an experienced person or persons, (player-coach/coach), keen for a challenge to improve in 2nd grade and be prepared to build from within to create the depth required to compete across the grades, working with our leadership in developing our current and emerging group of younger players.

The role will include but is not limited to;

. Designing training with emphasis on identifying areas of improvement

  • Working with, supporting, and building the core senior group
  • Building on the club foundations and principles
  • Encouraging and developing our emerging core of young players to maximise their potential
  • Achieving sustained success
  • Working with the club executive and committee to increase club participation at all levels.
  • Further develop our training methods and disciplines

Remuneration negotiable based upon experience, playing (preferred) or non-playing, strong communication skills a must, coaching credentials or currently working toward gaining accreditation preferred, but not essential. The club is happy to provide assistance for further development to the right candidate.
