Mr Delamere was charged with with verbal abuse of an umpire (Mr BJ Jones) during a SMCA sixth grade match between Cannington Tigers and Cockburn. There was no official umpire. Statements were provided by Cockburn players. Mr Delamere pleaded guilty to the offence and apologised to the Tribunal for his outburst. Mr Delamere said he was frustrated over some decisions and reacted.
