Mr Poller was given two prescribed penalties on 19-12-2020 - 1. Bylaw 65b v - Kicking or Knocking stumps over deliberately and 2. Bylaw 65iii - Dissent towards a umpires decision by the officiating umpires. Mr Poller elected to go to a P&D

P&D convened. Umpire statements by G Paparone and M Khan of the events that resulted in the prescribed penalties were read out the the P&D. Mr Poller read his statement of the events as he could remember. Statements from B Williams and S Fisk were given to the P&D. The P&D sought clarification on a number of matters given in the statements. The P&D considered the evidence as presented.

Penalty:

G Poller found guilty of the two offences and the suspension as given in the prescribed penalties upheld. Suspensions to be served cumulatively. G Poller suspended for four (4) playing days.
